Roland Kluger is an entrepreneur with many years of experience and a great network in the world of entertainment and e-commerce.His background is in music production and TV & online business. Fascinated by the digital revolution and its impact on the world.

Co-founded Télé Achat, France's home shopping format, along with  Pierre Bellemare, then expanded throughout Europe, Canada and all the way to China. CEO of HSS (M6 group) during that period.

* Btw 1975/ 85 Co-owner and CEO of Morgan Studios Brussels, where famous artists such as Black Sabbath, Rod Stewart, Focus, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and Will Tura recorded.

* 1970 CEO of Kluger Partners (RKA) – a music publisher with presence in Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris, working with artists over the years such as Paul Simon, ABBA, Bob Dylan, Boney M, Depeche Mode, as well as major international labels / publishers such as Colombia Pictures, MCA, United Artists, Peer Music, Peter Waterman.....

During the 1970’s the record division RKM produced international smash hits such as Ça plane pour moi, Jungle Fever, Disco Samba, and artists such as Chakachas, Plastic Bertrand, Telex, Two Man Sound, Lou, Jimmy Frey, and Ann Christy. Co-produced Abracadabra with Stig Anderson and Alain Boublil.

Throughout the 1970’s and 80’s, was active in defending professional interests through lobbying as President of the Belgian Publisher’s association and a European Association of selling at a distance. Was elected to be an expert consultant for the media unit of DG Competition of the European Commission.  Member of SabamSacemBumaStemra /SCPP/CSDEM.          

His philanthropic activities include being Governor of HUJ, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, since 2005 and awarded an “Honorary Fellowship” in June 2007. He has been a member of executive and financial committees over the years, and he's also vice president of UHJ, French Friends in Paris.

* 2015 Joined the Paris Institute of Mentorship run by the Chamber of Commerce in Paris for small to medium sized businesses chosen every year by a committee. In this context, mentored  Agrilys,  As " Entrepreneur Mentor.”  is mentoring the development of  Affluences in Paris.




Luke Mourinetalso known by his producer name Luke Mornay or as part of the remix duo Ruff and Jamis a French producer and recording artist. He has also been known under his other monikers such as Jam (Ruff and Jam), Fortun8 Fellaz (Southern Fried Records) Shades of Mercy, Luke Surgeon. He is best known for his remixing skills, remixing international acts such as Kylie Minogue, Sugababes, The Killers, Bob Marley, Tyler James, Sophie Ellis Bextor and more.

His work could be heard on a couple of productions for radio releases for artists such as : Axelle Red, Ozark Henry, Amron Parker, Frou Frou, Idools and +. In 2011, he co-wrote tracks for the solo album of Hooverphonic's ex lead singer Geike Arnaert and got rewarded in Belgium with a gold certification for the co-production of the single for Idool finalists with the song "More To Me" (best entry number 1, for 5 weeks).

As a mix engineer he got credited on releases for singles, remixes and albums for Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, The Killers "Smile Like You Mean It", Ozark Henry, Sugababes, Keenan Cahill, Axelle Red, Alain Clark, Kate Ryan, Frou Frou ("It's Good To Be In Love"), Au Revoir Simone and more.

He scored a No.1 on the Billboard Chart with Kylie Minogue’s “Love At First Sight” followed by some Grammy Award nominated work, and have also remixed The Killers, Scissor Sisters and Sugababes (all Top 10 UK).
